come as you are. really.
A wellness center built for the people who feel too new, too tired or too self-conscious for a studio. Slow yoga, small groups, and a room that asks nothing of you at the door.
Trauma-informed
No hands-on adjustment without asking. Every time.
Beginner-first
Plain language, props from day one, nothing assumed.
Leave any time
Step out whenever you need. Nobody will ask why.
Small rooms
Capacity kept low so the space stays quiet.
Why this exists
you don't have to hold it together here.
Most wellness spaces quietly ask you to arrive already well — flexible enough, calm enough, confident enough to be seen. This one starts from the opposite assumption: that you arrived tired, and that the room should do some of the work.
What happens here
three ways in.
Start with whichever asks the least of you. There is no ladder and no correct order.
Classes
slow, propped, unhurried
Seven classes — restorative, true beginner, gentle flow, slow flow, nervous system reset, chair and accessible, and slow strength. Every one written out in full before you pay for it.

the same faces each week
Ongoing group programs where nothing has to be explained twice, and where you can be quiet for a whole session and still belong in the room.

the class that asks the least.
A slow, propped restorative yoga class in Temecula. Four or five supported shapes held for several minutes each, so your nervous system has time to register that it is safe to let go.

The space
quiet, warm, and low-lit.
Wood floors, linen shades, no fluorescent light and no scent. Small enough that the room stays quiet, and arranged so you can sit at the back if that is what makes it possible.
Your guide
katelin hanhart
Katelin opened For You because the room she wanted did not exist here — one where being new, or stiff, or quietly overwhelmed needed no explaining at the door.
She teaches slowly, names things plainly, and asks before she offers a hand. Her classes are built for the nervous system first and the shape second.

Group programs
the same faces, every week.
What we mean by 'for you'
you are allowed to rest.
you are allowed to start over.
you are allowed to take up room.
Founding members
help us build the room before it opens.
Founding members lock the opening rate, get first pick of days and times, and have a real say in what the schedule holds. Nothing is charged today.
Before we open
first sessions are coming.
The schedule below is a preview of the practice we are building, not a live timetable. Days, times and prices are set with our founding members and shared the moment they are real — no guessing, no placeholders on the wall.
- Do I need any experience?
- No. The beginner and chair classes assume you have never done this, and every shape is named in ordinary English before anything else.
- Will anyone touch me?
- Not without asking first, every single class. You can change your answer partway through, silently, and nothing about the class changes.
- What do I bring?
- Nothing. Mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets are here. Wear whatever you can breathe in.
- Where are you?
- Temecula, California. The exact street address goes up as soon as the lease is final.
- Is this therapy?
- No. We offer wellness and movement programming. It is not psychotherapy and does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship.
- What if I can't afford it?
- Every class holds sliding-scale places. No form, no means test, no note on your file — just email and pick your number.
